Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a tailored itinerary, confirm bookings, coordinate with panda base partners, and provide 24/7 traveler support. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
To operate your trip, we may share the minimum necessary details with licensed transport providers, hotels, and official panda base departments. All partners are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Booking records are retained for five years to comply with Chinese travel industry regulations. All payment information is processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers; we never store full card numbers.

A 30% deposit confirms your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the tour start date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe, and Apple Pay. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. 15–29 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: no refund, but dates may be transferred once, subject to availability.
Panda keeper programs require participants to be aged 12–65 and in reasonable physical health. A health declaration form must be completed before entry to any keeper area. Pregnant travelers and those with acute respiratory conditions cannot join keeper duties.
All travelers must comply with our no-touch policy, follow guide instructions, keep voices low near enclosures, and never feed pandas outside designated program activities. Violation may result in immediate removal from the site without refund.
Panda base operations, weather, and road conditions may require adjustments. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent activities or bases to preserve the overall quality of your journey.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. China Panda Travel acts as a tour operator and is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Chengdu, Sichuan.
